There is a potential that the cached chapters state is outdated, but this is a marginal issue and is preferred over sending a request to the server everytime for data that is most likely already known. The triggered downloads will also reflect what is currently shown in the UI, so it will most likely never be known if some chapter state was outdated.

If you got here hoping to download Suwayomi-WebUI, go back and download Suwayomi-Server, Suwayomi-WebUI is distributed as an embedded web interface along with Suwayomi-Server.
Suwayomi-WebUI
WebUI doesn't have it's own Suwayomi distribution and is version locked by Suwayomi-Server, In other words the Suwayomi-WebUI distribution is actually the Suwayomi-Server distribution.
Online builds of WebUI of are always available here. Make sure to set your Suwayomi-Server hostname in Settings or you'll get infinite loading. Also note that its the latest revision of WebUI and might not work correctly if you connect to a stable build of Suwayomi-Server.
