Prevent manga page description from jumping on initial render
...
Due to using the resize observer to get the actual chapter list header size, the size is 0 initially, which caused the virtuoso list height to be too big, causing an overflow and the scrollbar to appear.
This scrollbar immediately disappeared again but still caused the description to slightly "jump"

In case the server has never been updated yet, the info dialog was not opened after an update.
This was caused due to the current version always being undefined, since it was never written to the local storage

This prevents issues of manga having a specific library state while they are incorrectly in or not in categories.
E.g. a manga was removed from the library but the category update mutation failed, which now causes it to still be in the set categories while not being in the library anymore

Due to the reader and the "default" nav bar updating the same navbar width in the context, the grid item width calculation resulted in different grid item widths, which caused the items to "jump" after closing the reader
