In case the "depth" of the initial opened app page was greater than 2 it was possible to get stuck in a loop of using the back button twice from the initial page to the previous page and back to the initial page...
Instead, in case a page with a greater depth than 0 is opened, the library should just be opened when using the back button.
This way the back button actually behaves like it's intended, as an app back button and not like the browsers back button
The local server settings were not shown in case the actual server settings were loading or the request failed.
E.g. in case the "server url" was set to an invalid url, it was not possible to correct it again

Basically, instead of updating the width of the image after clicking
`ok`, the width is adjusted live, which makes it easier to figure out
the right value for the manga being viewed.
While implementing this, I realized we can't update the backend every
time we re-render when `liveUpdate` is true, so I've updated the logic
for persisting settings to support skipping the API call to save the
settings in the backend, and only perform the API it when the user
clicks ok on the number setting.

The browser requests images (<img>) with low priority by default.
Due to switching to loading images via axios (f852ce70e7), the image requests had the same priority as other requests and thus blocked e.g. xhr requests
