* Move "SearchSettings" into "LibrarySettings"

* Change property "setOpen" to "onClose" for "CategorySelect"

* Optionally show category selection when adding manga to library

* Update "ignore filters" translation

* Move "ignore_filters" setting to "metadataServerSettings"
