* [Tooling] Fix "updateDeps" script

For some reason commands after "yarn outdated" did not get executed

* [Tooling] Show "outdated" info at end of "updateScript"

* Update dependencies

"apollo-upload-client" v18 requires migration to ts module "nodenext"
